Description
Computation of genome-wide orthology data.
The program Proteinortho is a stand-alone tool that is geared towards large datasets and makes use of distributed computing techniques when run on multi-core hardware. It implements an extended version of the reciprocal best alignment heuristic.
Environment Modules
Run module spider proteinortho
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_PROTEINORTHO_DIR - installation directory
