Description

Piggy website  

Piggy is a tool for analysing the intergenic component of bacterial genomes. It is designed to be used in conjunction with Roary (https://github.com/sanger-pathogens/Roary). The preprint describing Piggy can be found at http://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2017/08/22/179515.
