Description
The core motivation behind the design of eQTLA was to create a tool which can efficiently perform eQTL analysis. eQTLA is capable of performing both cis- and trans-eQTL analysis given a set of raw genetic marker data and expression values.
Environment Modules
Run module spider eqtla
