Description
ImageJ is a public domain Java image processing program inspired by NIH Image for the Macintosh.
ImageJ can be run via the imagej wrapper script.
Environment Modules
Run module spider imagej
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_IMAGEJ_DIR - installation directory
Additional Information
ImageJ should only be run on the gui.rc.ufl.edu server and only for image viewing or very lightweight and short analyses.
