Description
ZORRO is a hybrid sequencing technology assembler. It merges two sets of pre-assembled contigs into a more contiguous and consistent assembly. We have already tested Zorro with Illumina Solexa and 454 data sets of organisms varying from 3Mb to 100Mb. The main feature of Zorro is the treatment before and after assembly to avoid errors.
Environment Modules
Run module spider zorro
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
