Description
miRge is a logical, ultrafast, small RNA-seq solution to process samples in a highly multiplexed fashion, resulting in dramatically decreased computational requirements when processing sets of samples in a single run.
Environment Modules
Run module spider mirge
to find out what environment modules are available for this application.
System Variables
- HPC_MIRGE_DIR - installation directory
- HPC_MIRGE_BIN - executable directory
- HPC_MIRGE_DOC - documentation directory
