Description

vcvontact website

vConTACT2 is a tool to perform guilt-by-contig-association classification of viral genomic sequence data. It's designed to cluster and provide taxonomic context of viral metagenomic sequencing data.

Environment Modules

Run module spider vcvontact to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_VCVONTACT_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_VCVONTACT_BIN - executable directory
