Description
Vertebrate Alternative Splicing and Transcription Tools (VAST-TOOLS) is a toolset for profiling alternative splicing events in RNA-Seq data.

Two VASTDB databases provided by the project have been downloaded and installed into the default location
- Hsa (vastdb.hsa.7.3.14, human)
- Mmu (vastdb.mmu.7.3.14, mouse)
