Description

ufraw website  

The UFRaw (Unidentified Flying Raw) is a tool for reading and manipulating images from digital cameras. It supports most of the existing raw formats (any format supported by DCRaw). UFRaw can be used on its own or as a Gimp plug-in.


Environment Modules

Run module spider ufraw to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_UFRAW_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_UFRAW_BIN - executable directory

This is a GUI software. Follow the instructions at https://wiki.rc.ufl.edu/doc/GUI_Programs

Basic usage:

module load gui
launch_gui_session -e ufraw
xpra_list_sessions

Connect with xpra locally using the xpra command

xpra attach ssh:jdoe@i111a-s222.rc.ufl.edu:3713
