Description

traitrate website

traitRate is a program for the detection of trait-dependent shifts in the rate of sequence evolution.

Sample input files are available at http://www.tau.ac.il/~itaymay/cp/traitRate/index.html and in the "$HPC_TRAITRATE_EXE" directory.

Environment Modules

Run module spider traitrate to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_TRAITRATE_DIR - installation directory
