Description

simnibs website

SimNIBS is a free and open source software package for the Simulation of Non-invasive Brain Stimulation. It allows for realistic calculations of the electric field induced by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial electric stimulation (TES).

Environment Modules

Run module spider simnibs to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_SIMNIBS_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_SIMNIBS_BIN - executable directory
  • HPC_SIMNIBS_DOC - documentation directory
  • HPC_SIMNIBS_EXE - example directory
