When issues or questions arise the primary channel to get help or ask questions via the support site - https://support.rc.ufl.edu. If you have any doubts about an appropriate channel for obtaining support, open a support ticket first.

We ask that you reserve a time slot for in-person support during office hours or via Zoom at least four hours in advance via the UFRC Remote Support Booking as we are not able to monitor the Zoom channels.
