Description

radorgminer website

The RADOrgMiner pipeline is designed to genotype sequence tags found in reduced genomic complexity libraries that originate from the organellar genome(s).

Environment Modules

Run module spider radorgminer to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_RADORGMINER_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_RADORGMINER_BIN - executable directory
