Description

ngmlr website

NGMLR is a long-read mapper designed to align PacBio or Oxford Nanopore (standard and ultra-long) to a reference genome with a focus on reads that span structural variations

Environment Modules

Run module spider ngmlr to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_NGMLR_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_NGMLR_BIN - executable directory
