Description
The tool is called Modeling Confounding Factors Affecting Splicing Quantification (MOCCASIN) for splicing confounding factor adjustment with MAJIQ 2.1. After correcting for read depth, the program models the variation in junction read rates due to confounding factors and covariates. It then adjusts the read rates to remove variation due to confounding factors and outputs updated tables of junction read rates.
