Description

feelnc website

This document is intended to give a technical description of the FEELnc pipeline in order to annotate long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) based on reconstructed transcripts from RNA-seq data (either with or without a reference genome). For a more general overview of lncRNAs annotation using RNASeq and FEELnc specific advantages, you could point to the FEELnc paper.

Environment Modules

Run module spider feelnc to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_FEELNC_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_FEELNC_BIN - executable directory
