Description

eqtla website

The core motivation behind the design of eQTLA was to create a tool which can efficiently perform eQTL analysis. eQTLA is capable of performing both cis- and trans-eQTL analysis given a set of raw genetic marker data and expression values.

Environment Modules

Run module spider eqtla to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_EQTLA_DIR - installation directory
