Description

circompara2 website  

CirComPara2 is a computational pipeline to detect, quantify, and correlate expression of linear and circular RNAs from RNA-seq data that combines multiple circRNA-detection methods.

Environment Modules

Run module spider circompara2 to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_CIRCOMPARA2_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_CIRCOMPARA2_BIN - executable directory

Usage Example

$ module load circompara2/0.1.2.1

$circompara2
