Description

crispranalyzer website  

CRISPRAnalyzeR has been developed to provide a fully-interactive and exploratory analysis of pooled CRISPR Screens with user experience in mind. You can analyse your screen using 8 different analysis methods as well as perform gene annotation, gene set analysis and get detailed information about your sgRNAs - all in a convenient web-browser interface.
