Description

bpp website

The program BP&P implements the Bayesian methods of Yang (2002), Rannala & Yang (2003), Burgess & Yang (2008), and Yang & Rannala (2010), for estimating population sizes (theta), species divergence times (tau), and for delimiting species using multi-locus sequence data from several closely related species.

Environment Modules

Run module spider bpp to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_BPP_DIR - installation directory

Additional Information

Sample '.ctl' files are in the '$HPC_BPP_CTL' directory. You need to copy one of them to your current working directory and modify it before running bpp.
