Description

agfusion website  

AGFusion is a python package for annotating gene fusions from the human or mouse genomes. AGFusion simply needs the reference genome, the two gene partners, and the fusion junction coordinates as input, and outputs the following:

Environment Modules

Run module spider agfusion to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_AGFUSION_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_AGFUSION_BIN - executable directory
