Velocyto is a library for the analysis of RNA velocity.

Velocyto includes a command line tool and an analysis pipeline

Environment Modules

Run module spider velocyto to find out what environment modules are available for this application.

System Variables

  • HPC_VELOCYTO_DIR - installation directory
  • HPC_VELOCYTO_BIN - executable directory
