To use {{{app}}} with the environment modules system at HPC the following commands are available:
Get module information for app module:
$module spider {{{app}}}
Load Intel compiler:
$module load intel/{{{intel}}}Load MPI implementation:
$module load {{{mpi}}}
Load the default application module:
$module load {{{app}}}
The modulefile for this software adds the directory with executable files to the shell execution PATH and sets the following environment variables:
- HPC_{{{APP}}}_DIR - directory where {{{app}}} is located.
