Galaxy Report a Problem
The quickest way to report a Galaxy problem from within Galaxy is to click on the green bug icon in the history step that shows the error.
Once you click on the bug icon a submission form will open. Providing the additional details is optional. You can simply click on the "Report" button to submit a bug report.
The resulting report will be sent to Galaxy administrators and will include access to the history step in question.
If you have a problem that cannot be reported with the internal tool or, which is always a good idea, would like to make sure your report will not get lost in the email for any reason please use the support system to open a support ticket. This step also virtually guarantees a faster response.
